未引入杠杆原理之前：
当前国际现货黄金价格为1100美元/盎司，买入100盎司的黄金，所需投入的本金为1100美元/盎司X100盎司=110000美元。
引入杠杆原理之后：
杠杆比例为1:100，买入100盎司的黄金，所需投入的本金仅为1100美元/盎司X100盎司X0.01=1100美元。换言之仅需1100美元的本金投入，就能交易总价为110000美元的现货黄金，110000美元的本金投入，可交易价值为11000000美元的黄金。本金仅作为保证金使用，完成该手交易后，平台将计算该手交易盈亏后，把相应保证金退还到投资者账户中。
如何灵活运用杠杆原理获取理想盈利
1、 双向操作
在杠杆原理条件下，投资者既能先做多，也能先做空，由此能适应金价在日内波动反复的走势，在启动涨势时，于低位买入，待金价升至高位时执行卖出；反之启动跌势时，于高位卖出，待金价升至低位时执行买入。
2、 看准走势
杠杆原理令投资者面对不同行情趋向都能发现盈利时机，只要根据消息面指引，在关键点位布局交易单进场即可获取预期中的收益，当发现个人预估走势与实际不符时，可暂时把单子止损离场，待走出明朗格局后，可重新入市或反手布局仓位进场，例如预期后市走高，于是布局多单，不料金价下破支撑位后继续走跌，多单可止损平仓，并反手持空单，从而赚取金价下跌带来的区间盈利。
