从上述就可以了解到，虽然我国没有合法的伦敦金投资平台，但在我国也是可以进行伦敦金投资的，只要选择合法的平台就可以了，这就说明投资者炒伦敦金这种行为并不违法。但是如果是一个境外平台向投资者索取账户来帮投资者炒伦敦金，那么这种行为则是违法的。为了保障投资者的合法权益，平台是不会帮投资者进行操盘的。
