11月1日中国国家统计局服务业调查中心和中国物流与采购联合会公布数据显示，10月中国官方制造业采购经理人指数(PMI)为49.8，略低于市场预期的50，前值亦为49.8；10月中国官方非制造业采购经理人指数(PMI)为53.1，前值为53.4。
对此，分析认为10月份中国制造业PMI指数与上月持平，显示经济增长继续保持企稳态势。但非制造业PMI指数有所回落，主要受十一节日因素影响，一些生产性服务业增速出现回落，但非制造业发展仍处于较高的扩张水平。
非制造业中，新订单指数为51.2%，比上月上升1.0个百分点，表明非制造业总体增长平稳，市场需求有所增加。
分行业看，服务业商务活动指数为52.3%，比上月回落0.7个百分点。由于国庆长假等因素的影响，住宿业、零售业、旅游业、航空运输业等服务业表现较为活跃，业务增长较快。
而批发业、资本市场服务业、居民服务及修理业等行业商务活动指数低于临界点，是服务业商务活动指数回落的因素之一；且受制造业下行压力的影响，与其密切相关的物流业商务活动指数降至临界点以下。
但同时，服务业业务活动预期指数为60.5%，比上月上升1.2个百分点，表明服务业市场预期继续向好。
建筑业商务活动指数为57.1%，比上月上升1.9个百分点，随着重点基础设施建设项目的加快推进，建筑业企业生产活动加快，尤其是房屋建筑业和建筑安装装饰业增长较快。
建筑业新订单指数为55.1%，比上月上升5.5个百分点，表明建筑业市场需求回升，生产继续保持较快增长。
