葛兰碧八大法则主要是研究K线走势和移动平均线二者关系的交易法则，移动平均线是基于K线走势变化而得出的曲线，因此移动平均线过滤了每根K线形成期间发出的干扰信号，以曲线形态客观地反映出K线运行的涨跌走向。当K线与移动平均线（尤其是时间周期较长的MA均线）相距越远，K线后市发生的修正幅度就越大，因此我们通过K线和相对较长周期均线的运行变化和差距，把握后市变动命脉，从而制定合适的交易策略。

1、 均线系统自下向上发散 K线修正后上行
当同一时段内均线系统自下向上发散，短周期均线（MA5和MA10）分别与较长周期均线（MA20、MA30等）形成金叉，若新开K线为阴线，随后开出一根或数根新的阳K线，最后站上均线系统，这时我们就在刚站上均线系统的阳线实体形成期间进场布局多单。
2、 中长周期均线助涨K线
当K线位于中长周期均线上方，如MA60或MA100等，当K线回踩测试中长周期均线时，若触及均线后很快回归上行，这时我们可以继续进场增加多单或持有原来看多仓位，短线空单及时平仓。
3、 均线系统自上向下发散 K线修正后下行
当同一时段内均线系统自上向下发散，短周期均线（MA5和MA10）分别与较长周期均线（MA20、MA30等）形成死叉，若新开K线为阳线，随后开出一根或数根新的阴K线，最后站上均线系统，这时我们就在刚站上均线系统的阴线实体形成期间进场布局空单。
4、 中长周期均线助跌K线
当K线位于中长周期均线下方，如MA60或MA100等，当K线反弹测试中长周期均线时，若触及均线后很快回归下行，这时我们可以继续进场增加空单或持有原来看空仓位，短线多单及时离场。
5、 中长周期均线与K线距离远
（1） 当中长周期均线持续位于K线上方，且二者距离较远，可判定K线前期已发生较大幅度的下行，当K线出现反转低点之后，伴随低位震荡期结束，K线将再次反弹并测试上方中长周期均线形成的反压，我们就在反弹期开启之际即场布局多单。
（2） 当中长周期均线持续位于K线下方，且二者距离较远，可判定K线前期已发生较大幅度的上行，当K线出现反转高点之后，伴随高位震荡期结束，K线将再次回落并测试下方中长周期均线形成的支撑，我们就在回落期开启之际即场布局空单。
