国际货币基金组织(简称IMF)周二表示，今年全球经济增幅可能较小，原因是主要新兴市场经济放缓和发达国家增长乏力对短期前景构成拖累。
IMF在《全球经济展望》(World Economic Outlook)中表示，新兴市场可能连续第六年经济增速下滑，尤其是中国经济放缓速度将快于预期，俄罗斯经济或大幅萎缩，巴西经济可能陷入衰退。IMF称，预计今年中国经济增速放缓至6.8%，2016年将放缓至6.3%，低于中国政府设定的目标，因此前房地产市场、信贷及投资领域的过剩问题持续发酵。
IMF称，由于欧洲和日本经济复苏乏力，且强势美元拖累美国出口放缓，今年全球经济可能增长3.5%。这一预期较去年仅上升0.1个百分点。
IMF总裁拉加德(Christine Lagarde)将在本周华盛顿会议上敦促全球金融官员动用一切可动用的工具帮助全球经济摆脱近十年的泥潭。
考虑到美元走强，IMF将今年美国经济增速预期在1月展望的基础上下调0.5个百分点，至3.1%。不过IMF仍表示，能源价格下跌、通胀低迷以及住房市场改善将在很大程度上抵消美元走强对出口的拖累。
