凌晨美联储会议纪要显示，与会者对于是否在6月份加息存在分歧，官员们倾向于在2015年稍晚加息，称这与美元和油价对通胀率的影响有关。部分与会者建议在2016年之前保持利率不变。几位委员预计利率将会逐步升高，并不会在每次会议上升息。巴克莱资本在会议纪要公布前表示，美联储3月纪要公布之际，宜寻求做多美元，因市场似乎已经此次美联储纪要将表现强烈鸽派计价在内。美联储3月声明删除了耐心且将长期失业率下修，也料凸显美联储在2015年开始加息的意图。
