1、 以小搏大
由于存在保证金交易机制，投资者只需总额的小部分比例作为保证金即可入市，国际市场品种相较国内品种的保证金比例低，例如国内白银TD的保证金比例是12%，本金和总额比例（杠杆比例）在1:8左右，国际现货白银保证金为浮动模式，每标准手为1000美元，杠杆比例在1:35左右，更能发挥以小搏大效益。
2、 双向交易
在引入杠杆机制下，现货白银可通过做空来获利，无需像实物交易一样，先买入品种之后，确定交易所有权才能把资产卖出，以保证金作为抵御每次交易的风险凭证即可。
