认识形态
单边市
单边市是指趋势明朗的贵金属价格走势，分为低开高走或高开低走，例如日线图上显示昨日整个日K线为阳线，在对应的4小时或1小时图中，为单边上行形态，K线形态基本是以阳线为主，总体上前一根K线收盘价是低于后一根K线的收盘价，大田环球建议交易计划以做多为主。若高开低走，形态则是相反的。多段单边市构成的是显著的反转走势，常见的走势有头肩顶/底、V底、倒V顶、M顶、W底等。
震荡市
震荡市是指趋势偏向横盘整理的走势，该时段K线的影线部分，相比实体要长得多，且影线越长，多空争夺越为激烈，震荡市可能是单边市中的某个周期内的调整，也可能是反转行情到来的前奏，震荡市形态有楔形整理、三角形整理、旗形整理、矩形整理这四种。在震荡市中，做单采取的是根据区间高低点进行低吸高抛。
