过夜利息：买卖价位 * 合约单位 * 买卖手数 * 当天买卖利息 * 过夜日数 / 360日
在1300的时候买入1手伦敦金合约，当天买入利息2.5%，过夜1天。
总利息：1300(伦敦金现价) × 100(盎司) × 1(手) × 0.025(利息) × 1(过夜日数) / 360 = 9.03美元
如果交易持仓时间为10天，总过夜利息是90.3美元，足足比一手点差费用高，随着持仓时间延长，过夜利息并不能忽略。
如何减少上述几种成本？
