一般来说，这三个数据均是在每个月第一周的周五20:30（夏令时：4—10月）或21:30（冬令时：11—3月）公布，若是遇到假期，一般会提前公布。

9月4日公布数据显示，美国8月失业率5.1%，略低于预期5.2%；美国8月非农就业人口增加17.3万人，低于预期22万人。由于失业率创下新低，对美元构成较强利好，有力拉升美指，从而使黄金大幅走低，急挫16美元。
