美国感恩节业绩衰退 7年来首次出现下滑

美国零售业联合会初步预计，销售商采取了打折、提早开门的策略，但是今年感恩节周末零售开支七年来首次将出现下滑。
美国零售业联合会的统计数字估计，本次感恩节消费者花费的开支为574亿美元，而去年感恩节的开支则为591亿美元，同比下降2.7%。不过该联合会表示，仍然希望到年底整个假日销售会比前一年增加3.9%。沃尔玛、梅西百货等零售商在感恩节早早开业，并且全周都给出了较大的折扣，并且在线销售也给出了同样的折扣，希望能在同业竞争中取得优势。但按照初步的销售预计，这样的策略可能已经失效。
据统计，假期期间(11月28日感恩节至12月1日)，购物人群达到1.41亿人次，这一数字比去年的1.39亿有所增加，但是购物者平均支出有所下降。
不过，研究机构ShopperTrak的统计显示，仅仅计算感恩节当天和“黑色星期五”这两天的销售情况，商店销售较去年同期还是增长了2.3%。长期来看，ShopperTrak还预计，11月和12月的销售将增长2.4%，这一增幅也是2009年以来的最小增幅。
对于零售不旺的原因，零售商和经济学家表示，虽然最近就业市场和房地产市场出现较强劲的复苏，但消费者仍然受限于经济方面的不确定性、生活成本增加、医保问题以及政治僵局等因素的影响。在收入不多的情况下，消费者的消费行为也更趋于价格驱动，而消费不旺也表明美国经济仍处在疲软状态。
