消息一：美指創兩個月新高
7月30日現貨金價承壓，因美元漲至兩個月高點，投資人等待美聯儲兩日會議的結果。外界普遍預期聯儲將進行十年來首度降息，調降幅度為25個基點。但美聯儲積極降息的預期降溫。市場將觀察美聯儲聲明的基調，以及預期中還會有多少次降息。不過金融市場目前仍預期，下半年還會有兩次降息。

消息二：原油多頭信心倍增
7月30日亞洲時段油價走高，因市場猜測美聯儲的潛在降息將會提升石油需求。此外，剛剛緩和的中東地緣局勢有再度升溫的跡象，也支撐油價上行。伊朗外交部稱美國根本不想談判，沒有打算尋求對話。但需要警惕的是，需求前景低迷始終是打壓油價上行空間的直接因素。

從現貨黃金1小時圖看，金價今日維持1420-1426區間窄幅震盪，1420一線再度提供有效支撐，本周市場密切留意週四美聯儲利率決議結果及鮑威爾新聞發佈會，公佈前或將以震盪走勢過渡。
壓力：1430-1435-1440
支撐：1420-1416-1412

1430附近（上下1美元）做空，第一目標1426，第二目標1422，止損3美元。
1422附近（上下1美元）做多，第一目標1426，第二目標1430，止損3美元。
上破1432追多，第一目標1435，第二目標1438，止損3美元。
下破1420追空，第一目標1416，第二目標1412，止損3美元。
1438附近（上下1美元）做空，第一目標1435，第二目標1432，止損3美元。
1412附近（上下1美元）做多，第一目標1416，第二目標1420，止損3美元。
上破1440追多，第一目標1443，第二目標1446，止損3美元。
下破1410追空，第一目標1406，第二目標1402，止損3美元。
兩大目標分步止盈，增加盈利。
