王垣鑫：基本面疊加技術雙重利空，金價重挫近40美元
經過上周後半段時間的大幅下滑過程後，本周出雖然金價出現較大幅度的反彈走勢，但昨天金價在傍晚時段觸及1776附近位置後開始承壓回落。昨日晚間最低下探至1745一線位置，在短暫的震盪整理後淩晨時段進一步延續下跌過程，低點刷新至1737一線位置，目前正處於反彈修正的過程中。
英國央行維持購債規模和利率不變
英國央行預計三季度GDP增速較疫情前水準低2.5%。預計三季度的GDP增速為2.1%，此前預計為2.9%。下修三季度GDP的增速反應了供應限制帶來的影響。通脹部分由基數效應驅動。任何最初的緊縮措施都應該通過銀行利率來實施。目前能源的發展對4月份預測的資料構成上行風險。預計到2022年二季度英國通脹率可能保持在4％以上。
美國共和黨拒與民主黨合作
鑒於共和黨反對將債務上限與權宜支出法案掛鉤，美國眾議院議長佩洛西暗示，民主黨將在不提高債務上限的情況下通過權宜支出法案避免政府關停。佩洛西在週四的記者會上稱，無論結果如何，9月30日前我們將在兩院通過“持續決議法案”(CR)，為聯邦政府在10月31日開始的新財年提供資金支持。眾議院本周通過了一項權宜支出措施，將保證聯邦政府的運作維持到12月3日，暫停債務上限直至2022年12月16日。不過，預計參議院會阻止該法案通過。
昨日金價短暫反彈後大幅下跌，錄得帶大陰線實體的K線形態直接收回本周的所有反彈幅度，目前MACD指標雙線仍在死叉過程當中，而且本輪金價的反彈過程並沒有破壞現階段金價的震盪下跌形態，暗示後市價格仍有較大的機會進一步走弱。
四小時級別方面，經過昨日金價的大幅下跌過程後，雖然今天早間價格自低位有所反彈，但目前短期均線簇都呈現向下運行的狀態，表示短時間內趨勢偏向空方，加上MACD指標雙線已經發出死叉信號並進入0軸下方弱勢區域日內進一步下行的幾率較大，亞歐盤需要留意MA5和MA10均線的壓制效果。
