卡普蘭不建議同時減碼QE和加息
達拉斯聯儲主席卡普蘭維持自己對美國經濟前景的預期不變，仍然傾向於FOMC在9月份貨幣政策會議上宣佈開始減碼QE的決定。主張美聯儲不要同時實施減碼QE和加息，傾向于美聯儲迅速啟動減碼QE進程，並循序漸進地推進。傾向于美聯儲減碼QE的行動持續八個月左右。隨著新冠疫苗接種率的提高，看見更多的經濟韌性。美聯儲債券購買行動支持需求，但需求端本來就不是一個問題。債券購買的意外影響和副作用讓卡普蘭感到憂心忡忡。
昨日金價探低回升錄得帶長下影線的K線，目前MA5和MA10均線仍在向上運行，表示當前均線仍不具備壓力的作用，MACD指標雙線也還沒有發出死叉信號。如果短時間內金價能重新沖上並站穩1796上方，後市仍有進一步延續低位反彈走勢的機會。
不過日內方面，MACD指標雙線在進行頂背離形態的調整，昨日金價在兩度測試低位後站穩反彈，MACD指標雙線也伴隨有金叉變盤的跡象，暗示價格走勢已經重新進入方向選擇期，如果金價日內未能站穩並重新回落的話，MACD指標雙線將重新打開死叉並進入0軸下方的空方市場區域內，則後市價格或將迎來更大的跌幅。
