王垣鑫：多頭出擊金價大漲！後市留意價格是否站穩
本周大部分時間現貨黃金價格繼續延續上周震盪走勢，區間維持在1790-1810內。昨日美聯儲公佈利率決議後，金價亞盤多頭開始發力並突破1810一線關鍵反壓，隨後開啟維持一天時間的震盪上行過程，整一天上行幅度達31美元，最高觸及1832一線位置，雖然隨後出現回落，但目前仍在1825上方徘徊。
基礎設施法案的前景樂觀
美國參議院週四準備討論拜登總統支持的價值1萬億美元的兩黨基礎設施法案的細節問題。在立法者投票推進該法案後，週末繼續工作的可能性增大。參議員和助手們說，預計週五將進行另一次投票，以開始辯論重建美國道路、港口和橋樑的提案。這將啟動一個可能持續數日的進程，其中可能包括改變法案或影響其獲得通過機會的修正案。參議院民主黨領袖舒默和參議院共和黨領袖麥康奈爾都對該法案的前景表示樂觀。該法案是由參議院談判代表和白宮官員促成的，在週三以67-32票清除了一項關鍵的程式性障礙。
初請失業金人數高於預期
美國上周申請失業救濟人數下降，表明勞動力市場繼續好轉，儘管新冠病毒delta變種肆虐。勞工部週四發佈的資料顯示，截至7月24日當周首次申領常規州失業救濟的總人數為40萬人，較前一周減少2.4萬人。經濟學家對首次申領失業救濟人數的預期中值為38.5萬人。在勞動力需求上升的背景下，自年初以來，每週失業救濟申請人數大幅下降。與此同時，最近導致全國新病例激增的delta病毒變種也構成了風險。大約一半的美國州長已經先於9月到期日提前結束了在疫情期間設立的所有三個聯邦失業救濟計畫，認為這些補充福利不利於企業填補創紀錄數量的職位空缺。
昨日金價大幅上漲錄得大實體陽線K線形態，目前價格承壓于前方高點1834一線下方位置，雖然MACD指標發出金叉信號並重新回到0軸上方的強勢區域內，但價格仍缺少了回踩MA5均線確認支撐效果的過程，需留意後市調整的站穩情況。日內方面，雖然MACD指標雙線仍在金叉過程當中，表示後市多頭仍有進一步延續的可能，但今天金價有跌破MA5均線支撐的跡象，暗示價格有機會開啟日內回檔的走勢，目前KDJ指標三線走高亦有回檔的需求，日內可以以金價確認跌破MA5均線為回檔開啟的信號。
