雖然本周初金價一度從低位反彈並重新站上1800美元/盎司整數關口上方，但昨日亞盤金價失守1800美元/盎司整數關口後大幅回落，下行過程持續一整天，回落幅度超過了30美元最低觸及1765美元/盎司，重新回到上周低點位置附近，目前來看現貨黃金價格的下跌趨勢有所放緩，但整體表現仍然弱勢。
美國債收益率飆升反映經濟樂觀情緒
數位美聯儲官員週四表示，美國國債收益率飆升反映了市場對經濟走出新冠危機的樂觀情緒，並強調央行並沒有因此過早收緊政策的計畫。聖路易斯聯儲行長布拉德在一次線上演講後對記者表示，認為到目前為止，收益率的上升可能是一個好兆頭，因為它確實反映出美國經濟增長前景和通脹預期改善，並促使後者更接近委員會的通脹目標。布拉德和另外兩名美聯儲決策者所發表評論，顯示央行的政策制定者都團結在美聯儲主席傑羅姆·鮑威爾對貨幣政策調整持耐心態度的立場周圍。
抵押貸款利率上漲令樓市繁榮面臨風險
隨著美債收益率的上漲，美國的抵押貸款利率升至六個月來最高水準，借貸成本上升可能抑制大流行病期間的樓市繁榮。房地美週四公佈的數據顯示，平均30年期固定抵押貸款利率報2.97%，高於上周的2.81%，創去年8月份以來最高水準。今年1月初該利率觸及紀錄低點2.65%。隨著利率攀升，美國住房抵押貸款申請上周降至九個月低位，而1月份二手房簽約量降至六個月低點。房地美首席經濟學家表示，利率上漲加上需求推動房價上漲、庫存低企，限制了潛在購房者的競爭力以及其能夠負擔的房價。
金價短時間內再度測試三個月低點支撐
昨日金價大幅下跌收回近期所有反彈幅度，重新回到1760美元/盎司附近，該位置從去年11月下旬開始已經第三度觸碰。從日線級別上看價格前幾日反彈後，再度跌至MA5均線下方承壓，MACD指標有重新向下開口跡象，暗示後市下跌過程或有機會進一步延續，需留意上方MA5均線壓力效果。日內價格下跌趨勢雖暫時出現放緩跡象，但整體仍承壓於MA5均線下方，MACD指標雙線仍在死叉過程中，表示回落階段或尚未結束，需密切留意MA5均線的壓力效果，可以MA5均線的上破為價格回調的信號，但上方1790一線壓力建議需重點留意。
