由上周開始，之所以金價出現了止血的情況並且開始加速反彈，主要原因就是刺激計畫的推進，隨著美國就業增長繼續放緩，疫情病例不斷增加，刺激計畫談判有望馬上達成協議。兩黨談判代表計畫週一公佈9080億美元大流行病紓困計畫的更多細節，特朗普政府和國會正接近達成協議。
刺激計畫一旦通過，意味著市場就會有更多的流動資金，在目前如此嚴峻的經濟環境下，雖然一定程度上刺激消費，幫助經濟復蘇，但必然也會有一部分流入黃金市場，加上月中的美聯儲利率決議，還會釋放更加多的寬鬆貨幣政策信號，這讓黃金多頭可謂是錦上添花，而不斷新增的病例也是潛在升溫的避險情緒，因為疫苗已經不能解決全部問題。
英國脫歐困局再次登上舞臺
受公共衛生事件的影響下，今年歐洲各地區疲於恢復社會經濟，英國脫歐談判被迫延後，不過近日重新恢復協商也不見得有太多好的效果，甚至達成協議的希望變得更小。一名英國官員警告稱，除非談判代表在短期內取得進展，否則談判可能會破裂。英國首相詹森的發言人排除了談判持續到明年的可能性。
如果硬脫歐的局面真的出現，那麼首當其衝受損的是歐系貨幣，例如歐元和英鎊等等，美元實際上短期是會出現利好的，不過同時市場也會產生一定的避險情緒，所以對於金價而言，也不排除短期會有一定的幫助。黃金價格下一個關鍵位置會在1880附近，如果能夠加速破位，將直接指向1900關口。
