王垣鑫：利率決議公佈前夕，金價留意1950-1970

本周開盤後，現貨黃金出現了震盪反彈的過程，金價在多次測試1940一線位置後，確認支撐大幅拉高，金價接連突破1950以及1960一線，但多頭最終在1970上方折戟，短短4小時內直接收回本周半數漲幅。目前，下方1950一線位置支撐有效，金價暫時維繫在1950上方區間內交投。
佩洛西稱國會應跳過休會以通過刺激方案
美國眾議院議長南茜佩洛西表示，國會應該延長會期，直到與白宮就另一項冠狀病毒刺激法案達成協議為止。由於美國民主和共和兩黨之間的爭執，達成協議的可能性顯得越來越遙遠。
議會與白宮達成任何協議都面臨諸多障礙。民主黨並沒有放棄其2.2萬億美元的一攬子計畫，一些參議院共和黨人甚至反對規模僅有上述一半的任何刺激方案。人們也普遍懷疑，從現在到11月大選期間，並沒有足夠的時間進行談判。總統唐納德特朗普的女婿兼高級顧問庫什納週二表示，任何新的刺激計畫都可能要等到11月3日大選投票之後。
金價方向或需要美聯儲利率決議指引
近期現貨黃金價格的走勢方向並不明朗，從日線級別上可以看到，金價處於收斂三角形震盪結構內運行。隨著時間的推移，金價波動區間越發收窄，目前已經處於結構的尾端，但價格的突破跡象仍不明顯。今日晚間美聯儲將公佈利率決議，屆時還會有點陣圖以及鮑威爾的新聞發佈會，或將是金價突破的契機。但若在今晚過後，金價仍未能擺脫1915-1975區間的話， 整體區間就有可能衍變成矩形震盪。
再看日內4小時級別，之前金價在突破低位整理區間後，以1940一線為支撐上移震盪，將區間提升至1940-1950。昨日金價白天時段多頭勢頭迅猛，但晚間沖高回落，價格踩穩後震盪區間再度上移至1950上方。由於今日晚間將公佈美聯儲利率決議，日間行情大概率以維持震盪為主，日內操作上方留意1965-1970滯高區間壓力，下方重點關注1950一線支撐。
