黃紹山：約翰遜就任英國新首相

大田環球據消息得知，北京時間7月23日週二，英國新任首相正式出爐，就任者為此前的大熱人選伯里斯·約翰遜，也是如同市場預期一樣當選新任的英國首相，而在7月24日週三時間，約翰遜正式與英國女王會面，並且在唐寧街10號發表他的就職演說。而新的首相誕生也就意味著會有官員不滿意新任首相當選而選擇請辭，而英國首相約翰遜也借此給予內閣大換血，同時緊接著英國最為艱難的難題便是脫歐的事情。
約翰遜脫歐三大計畫
據英國媒體報導，新任首相有一套高風險策略，能讓英國再更加好的條件下完成脫歐，而這些策略分別是制定新的脫歐計畫、排除原協議爭議條款，推出新的備選方案等等，從他的計畫分析要制定新的脫歐計畫近乎是沒有太大的可能性出現，特別在就任後約翰遜表示不會再推遲脫歐，即使歐盟答應重啟談判，但僅僅三個月時間重新制定一份脫歐計畫可能性並不大，而至於排除原來協議的爭議條款以及新的備選方案則有一定可能性，但要對此進行修改唯一大問題則是歐盟方面是否願意繼續對此談判。
對於脫歐新任首相約翰遜表示要“孤注一擲”，不論方式和代價如何都將會在10月31日前脫歐，即使是無協議脫歐也毫無畏懼，而對於390億英鎊的脫歐分手費，約翰遜希望採取建設性模糊策略，把這筆錢當做籌碼，促使布魯塞爾簽訂停頓協定，讓目前的貿易規則繼續運行，直到再次簽訂新協定。
在新任首相上任後公佈一些列的脫歐政策後英鎊方面並沒有回暖的跡象出現，整體英鎊價格依舊是維持在低點位置震盪盤整，唯一較好的情況是沒有再度出現新的低點，距離真正的脫歐僅僅只有3個月不到的時間，這名新任首相在對內閣大換血後是否能夠解決英國目前的大問題讓我們拭目以待。
