黃紹山：日韓悄然響起貿易戰爭

在G20峰會剛過去不久，大田環球據消息得知日本經濟產業省在北京時間7月1日宣佈，從4日開始，日本分別對高純度氟化氫、光致抗蝕劑和氟聚醯亞胺這三種半導體產業原材料出口至韓國加以限制，若然日本企業需要出售以上材料必須事先向日本申請批准，而以上的材料分別是用於智慧手機、晶片等用途，這也意味著日本供應每次對韓國出口都要向日本政府申請批准，而申請時間一般為90天左右，至於能否出口的這個問題基本是由當下日本政府來判定。
韓國或出臺反制措施
北京時間7月4日，韓國企劃財政部長對此警告，若然日本長期限制對韓國企業出口半導體原材料，韓國也將會計畫出臺反制措施應對，與此同時大田環球據消息得知以為韓國政府官員認定日方限制出口是為世貿組織所禁止，並認定日本做法已違反《關稅與貿易總協定》中對於撤銷貿易限制的規定，同時將會對世界貿易組織提出申訴，但由於WTO需較長的處理時間，以致韓國方面不得不考慮出臺反制措施以維持自身利益。而在韓國本土有不少民眾因此在日本駐韓國大使館前參加集會，在街頭上舉牌支持以“抵制日貨清單”進行呼籲。
大田環球黃紹山認為，日本和韓國目前只是在貿易爭端上的初期，但因為日本的限制，韓國各大企業未來的智慧手機、晶片等領域成本上必然是有所大增，後續要著重留意雙方以及韓國方面究竟會採取怎麼樣的一個反制措施，一旦韓國反制措施也出臺，屆時黃金方面除了美國不停對外發動的貿易戰，日韓方面的紛爭也將會令黃金出現避險提振的作用。
