黃紹山：特雷莎•梅辭去首相位置

大田環球據新聞得知，隨著歐洲議會選舉結束，特雷莎·梅宣佈將會在6月7日辭去保守黨領袖一職，這也就意味著同時辭去目前英國首相的職位，而新的首相人選將在在下周展開競選。這位英國歷史上第二位女首相在經歷幾年時間的脫歐抗爭後，在最後哽咽的讀完辭職聲明後，沒落的背影轉身走向唐寧街10號，結束了自己的任職生涯。
脫歐前景依然黯淡
即使在特雷莎離職後，後續新上任的首相，首要的一個目標仍然也是脫歐協定的問題，那麼在此就能夠引申出幾種解決脫歐辦法，第一種就是最為糟糕，但是目前出現的概率越來越大的無協議脫歐，第二種則是重新與歐盟談判脫歐協定，或在梅姨的脫歐基礎上去談判，但目前歐盟法是明確表示不會重新開機脫歐協議的談判條件，再者時間上也未必能夠有足夠的時間去進行，那麼很大的情況是在梅姨的脫歐協議當中去進行修改以及談判雙方的條件。
最後一種可能的情況則是對脫歐協議進行全民公投或者進行第二次的脫歐全民公投，而這一種情況個人認為出現的情況不太大，對脫歐協議進行全民公投可能還有可能性存在，但另外重新組織第二次公投時間上基本是完全不允許，假若全名公投通過留歐，那麼情況整體還算可以，如果大選後仍舊是脫歐，那麼大選後剩下的時間也就只能是無協議脫歐。
所以不管是哪位官員接任梅姨首相的位置，後續脫歐的路仍然是路途坎坷，同時英鎊方面也是因為脫歐持續走弱，儘管英國經濟前景有多好也無濟於事，後續假若無協議脫歐的概率繼續提升，相信英鎊方面會更加的弱勢，甚至是走回16年1.1479的低點位置上。
