黃紹山：第二次特金會在即
在上一年的2018年6月份，朝鮮與美國在新加坡舉行了首次的會晤，雙方領導人並達成一次歷史性的握手，也是兩國數十年以來首次的會晤，同時外界也統稱為特金會。大田環球據消息得知，第二次朝美會晤即將舉行，也稱特金會2.0，而舉行地點將會在越南的首都河內進行，並與27日至28日持續兩天的特金會，其目的也是能否讓朝鮮半島無核化帶來實際性的成果。
雙方緊密籌備
在兩國首領會晤前，美國國務院代表在6日早已抵達平壤未其準備好第二次朝美會晤舉行的工作協商會議，在協商會議當中，雙方就如何徹底是想無核化、兩國的關係及如果建築半島平等等相關的事項集中進行討論，並且雙方首領的會談目的也是繼續展開第一次朝美會晤所談及到的一些議題及內容具體的內容，美國方面其重點當然莫過於如何能夠有效推動朝鮮完全無核化的具體進程，而朝鮮方面則是去除無核化後如果保證未來半島的和平以及自己國家在市場上的貿易發展等。
據美國國務卿在新聞節目中透露，假若有需要，美國方面願意將維持兩天的朝美會晤延場時間，除此之外，若在本周內無法完成所有的工作，未來還有還需要舉行另外一次的峰會，這也意味著未來還有可能會有第三次的特金會3.0出現。
筆者認為目前市場對於朝鮮方面的炒作熱度經以放低不少，除非本次特金會雙方出現什麼黑天鵝時間，否則對於黃金或者其他美元等貨幣市場來說都不會有太多的影響，同時隨著朝鮮的無核化，朝鮮和韓國未來的關係也會更加的密切，最終實現朝鮮所希望的半島和平並往貿易方向發展。
