黃紹山：英國大臣不滿議案請辭

昨日11月15日，看似平靜的一天實際上英國政壇卻波瀾不斷，扯到英國相信很多人第一時間反應到就是英國脫離歐盟協議的事情，而在昨天因為這事情英國脫歐事務大臣拉布對脫歐協議的不滿而辭職，令到英鎊暴跌一夜回到解放前。
英國脫歐大臣辭職
大田環球據新聞報導，英國內閣經過漫長以及激烈的辯論後，在11月14日正式同意了脫歐協議草案，而歐盟委員會隨後公佈了585頁的脫歐草案，下一步將交至英國議會審議，但美國脫歐事務大臣多明尼克·拉布於昨日英國當地時間11月15日在通過脫歐協議草案後辭職的第一位成員，拉布表示：“憑良心我不能支援我們與歐盟的協議所提出的條款”。除了改官員辭職以外，另外養老金部大臣艾斯特·麥克維，也在脫歐協議草案後提出請辭。
在消息傳出後，英鎊兌美元從1.3020附近高位開始大幅下跌，而昨日在下午英國公佈季調後零售銷售月率，而資料公佈為-0.5%，與預期相差過大，並且刷新3月以來的最大跌幅，在資料以及消息面共同利空的情況下，昨日英鎊兌美元最低到達1.2723位置暫時止跌，日內漲跌幅高達2.5%，跌幅接近1.7%，短期內英鎊或者低位反彈或維持低位震盪，後市英鎊走勢筆者認為繼續破低可能性不大，原因是脫歐議案目前還是較為順利地通過，只是有部分的官員不贊同，而導致本輪英鎊下跌的情況，只要脫歐議案能夠順利進行，英鎊進一步下破的可能性不大。
