林幽沃：人民幣匯率戰！捍衛“七”大關

在近期的日子裏非美貨幣並不好過，由於美元的強勢攀升嚴重影響到其他貨幣的走勢，美元出現一枝獨秀的情況。人民幣也難以逃出美元的魔掌，導致在近期美元兌人民幣離岸匯率最高觸碰至6.958附近，離7.00大關只有一步之遙。幸運的是，央媽曾經提及美元兌人民幣匯率將不會跌破7.00的大關，所以能夠看到近期人民幣有所回升，暫時獲得支撐。
但是，從歷史上來看央行出手干預匯率最終的局面都難以得到保障，決定權依然掌握於全球市場上，那麼人民幣的跌勢完結了嗎？

其一，美國經濟強勁的預期有非常強大的吸金能力，加上特朗普大力度推行的稅改方案，無論是實體資金亦或是二級市場的資金都分別回流至美國。實體資金對應的是稅改方案給企業帶來的紅利，二級市場資金對應的是美聯儲利率的提升帶來的穩定收益。
其二，我國是典型的出口導向型經濟，在特朗普施壓下的關稅增加令到全球貿易自由產生巨大的風險，國際市場有收緊的跡象，接連影響到我國的經濟。而正在此時，我國也面臨著產業升級轉型的難題，這是直接影響人民幣強弱的因素。
總而言之，人民幣最終到達的位置其實是取決於國內產業升級轉型的決心與捉緊時機的能力，雖然當前大環境比較不友好，但個人還是認為最終可以闖過難關。
人民幣的走弱可以帶給我們一定的警示，在目前情況下可以把資金投入到有穩定收益率的地方，亦或是進入避險資產中。沒有必要在高風險時期來追求高收益的資產，更多的是跟著環境而決定決策即可。
