王垣鑫：美聯儲9月加息預期
在本週四淩晨2點整，美聯儲將公佈8月利率決議結果，對此市場基本預期美聯儲將維穩，大田環球貴金屬分析師王垣鑫亦認為雖然近期美國經濟持續走強，但小加息週期提高利率的情況仍是非常少見，加之美聯儲在本次加息週期內一再強調的重點是“漸進加息”，因此在6月已經進行了加息的前提底下，8月再度提升利率的可能性較小，因關注9月份的大加息週期。
大田環球貴金屬留意到，在今年以內美聯儲就已經進行了兩次加息，分別在3月和6月各加息25個基點，幅度較2015年至今沒有改變，但這基本是市場的共識，關注的焦點更多的是在美聯儲一年內加息的次數身上。
2017年年內美聯儲一共加息三次，雖然比2015年和2016年加息一次的次數多了三倍，可能有的朋友會把這個次數搬到2018年，認為今年情況仍和去年相似，若美聯儲保持漸進加息則今年難以再增加加息次數，但這種思路明顯欠妥，上年其實有不少聲音支持美聯儲加息4次，但無奈去年上半年美國經濟出現短時間下滑跡象，最重要的是在到達9月加息週期時，美國正經歷颶風的吹襲，其嚴重程度需要撤離一個州的居民避難，當月的非農就業人口變動也是出現了負增長，在此大環境底下美聯儲才決定暫緩加息，但縱觀今年整年美國各經濟資料持續走強，經濟前景樂觀，美聯儲的貨幣政策聲明亦有不停強調這一點，因此從大環境上就跟去年有大差異。
另外根據點陣圖的暗示，在2019年後美聯儲可能需要將利率提高至3.25%以上，在目前利率仍在1.75%-2%的情況底下，若今年只加息三次，在之後的時間裡除非加快加息步伐，不然將落後於本次加息週期的目標，但這也違背了美聯儲“漸進加息”的前提，因此大田環球貴金屬分析師王垣鑫認為，在美國經濟持續強勁的前提底下，今年加息4次為大概率事件，故而大加息週期9月無意外將看好美聯儲加息25個基點至2%-2.25%。
