昨日的文章提到過特朗普首先在關稅問題上與歐盟打口水仗，後面又向農民投放120億援助，今天事情我們可以馬上跟進，因為據最新消息顯示，歐美已經同意了爭取零關稅，雙方或達成大和解，這樣盡管歐盟會犧牲部分的貿易順差，但至少能夠避免與美國為敵，說到底，就是打圓場和諧收官，而真正的矛頭其實最終還是指向我們。
美歐叫停關稅爭議
昨晚美國總統特朗普表示，美國與歐盟的關系已開啟“新階段”，稱兩大主要經濟體將立即開始在若幹領域展開談判，包括爭取對工業產品實施“零關稅”，以及在能源問題上進壹步合作。特朗普與歐盟委員會主席容克在白宮舉行的聯合記者招待會上表示：”我們今天達成共識，首先致力於對非汽車工業品實現零關稅、零非關稅壁壘和零補貼。”
也就是說，歐美的貿易談判很可能將以握手言和的方式解決，甚至是美國的小幅讓步達成的結果，歐洲本已經打算接受汽車關稅的環節，而目前所有的關稅都得到了暫緩，自此前美國對歐盟征收鋼鋁關稅後，雙方壹直針鋒相對，到底是美國不敢與世界為敵，還是歐盟的報復受到效果，我看並不是。
歸根到底目標只有壹個
按照歐美的關系，其實我認為特朗普壹開始就不是主要針對對象，當然他也希望能夠減少歐洲對美國的貿易順差，但應該不是選擇用摩擦的方式，而是談判的方式，此前的征收關稅壹方面是為了做個大家看，我不是針對誰，我是說在座各位辣雞，另壹方面也是為了施壓歐盟在各方面作出壹定的讓步，好讓特朗普在中期選舉當中獲利。
如果歐美真的解決了貿易的問題，那麽美國在貿易上的對手就只剩下北美和中國。而據說，北美自由貿易協定將可能在本周進行談判，特朗普與即將上任的墨西哥左翼總統進行了熱情的通話，換言之特朗普的狐貍尾巴已經隱藏不住了，醉翁之意不在酒，明修棧道暗度陳倉啊！
