黃紹山：德國成功挽救內政部長
7月1日大田環球貴金屬據報導稱，澤霍夫與默克爾一直就如何處理德國大規模的移民方式存在分歧。而澤霍夫希望在德國邊境拒絕某類尋求庇護者的申請入境，而默克爾方面則尋求歐盟整體解決方案，而有消息人士稱，德國內政部長霍斯特·澤霍夫因與默克爾移民政策產生嚴重分歧，並已向默克爾提出請辭。
大田環球貴金屬據瞭解得知，基督教社會聯盟近幾周來一直在嘗試和默克爾溝通，並計畫在邊境拒絕尋求庇護者的入境申請，而澤霍夫主張推動更為嚴格的邊界管制措施，凡在其他國家登記的難民都不能進入德國。而默克爾在歐盟峰會上所達成的難民協定其實和澤霍夫所主張的基本一致。但澤霍夫仍然對此不滿意。
但默克爾並沒有坐而待斃，在7月2日晚間，澤霍夫與默克爾交談了數小時後決定放棄了辭職的要求，而澤霍夫表示，他與默克爾就非法移民問題最終達成了協定。而澤霍夫此次的威脅辭職，有分析所指此舉動是為了巴伐利亞州10月選舉前的拉票活動，該協議給了澤霍夫機會向德國南部巴伐利亞州的選民表明，他正在努力管理來到德國的移民。
雖說危機暫時消失，但疑問協議仍然未最終敲定，對於基民盟和基社盟達成的妥協還存在部分疑慮，大田環球黃紹山認為，此次難民問題終得以解決，而德國政府危機基本已消除，同時有消息稱歐元區等待19年下半年加息被指過晚，歐元方面也受到了提振作用。
