黃紹山：歐盟峰會的完美落幕
歐盟峰會在當地時間6月28日舉行維持兩天會議，6月29日會議正式落幕，大田環球據消息得知，本次會議主要內容離不開此前多次說過的難民問題、美國貿易方面的爭端等作為本次會議最為重要的議論內容。在會議結束後有媒體留意到德國總理默克爾的表情，在會議結束後她握著法國總統馬克龍的手，露出了久違的笑容，從表情上來看也能知道此前難民問題終於達成了協定令默克爾放下了心頭其中一顆大石。
移民協議
在峰會第一天，由於義大利方面拒絕就此簽署任何協議，導致峰會首日未能獲取成果，而原定計劃的新聞發佈會也被取消。經過十幾個小時的徹夜商談， 6月29日清晨歐洲理事會主席圖斯克率先表示，歐盟峰會領導人就移民問題達成一致。而其他國家的總理，總統以及首相紛紛表示贊同和滿意，但部分小國家仍然對移民協議感到“不滿意”認為並非是最好的移民協議，但這也具有重要的意義性。
貿易爭端
除了移民問題以外，另外一放令歐盟頭疼的想不然就是特朗普所發動的貿易爭端了，在首輪對鋼鋁才增加進口關稅之後，現在特朗普也針對歐盟以懲罰性關稅來懟汽車進口進行下手。在會議聲明中，歐盟28國領導人誓言對美國總統特朗普的保護主義作出鑒定回擊。
大田環球據消息得知，歐盟會員會給美國商務部一份書面材料報導說，美國對進口外國汽車及零配件是否威脅國家安全的調查，可能會使全球經濟陷入全面貿易戰，並將損害美國汽車行業的就業機會。若美國政府以懲罰性關稅打擊汽車進口，可能引發全球對高達近3000億美元的美國出口產品展開報復。
大田環球黃紹山認為，本次歐盟峰會順利解決難民對於歐元來說無疑是利好的表現情況，默克爾雖然解決了難民問題，但德國內政部長不滿意移民問題的解決方案並 提出了請辭，導致德國政局再次陷入困境，再加上特朗普針對歐盟徵收的汽車進口稅，令原本有所反彈的歐元出現小幅下挫，後續仍然需持續關注歐洲方面的局勢。
