黃紹山：德總理與內政部長意見分歧
大田環球據法國《歐洲時報》6月14日報導，德國基社盟籍的內政部長霍費爾威脅總理基民盟籍的默克爾稱，若無法取得共識，必要時他將會以部長決定的方式行動，並為此獲得了基社盟主席團的批准。該報導當中原因主要是因為德國總理默克爾與其右翼盟友之間在難民政策上的爭議衝突激化。
在有關難民政策的危機磋商失敗後，基社盟明顯加強了語氣。澤霍費爾在基社盟聯邦議員小組的一次特別會議中同時還威脅到，他的基社盟將單獨行動，基社盟甚至考慮退出議會聯盟黨團。此後德國聯邦議院中斷了全體會議，進行聯盟黨團內部討論，而基民盟和基社盟則分頭進行磋商。
與此同時默克爾希望等待6月份的歐盟峰會再實施建議，以便能與其他歐盟國家談判並達成雙邊協議。而巴伐利亞州州長索德駁回默克爾建議堅持認為，德國應單獨行動，必須在邊境線上拒絕已在其他歐盟成員國進行登記過的難民入境，而且必須迅速儘快作出決定。
大田環球黃紹山認為，相信澤霍費爾只是希望默克爾能夠儘快處理好難民問題，並且在後續的歐盟峰會上提出問題解決方案而作出的“威脅”並不是真的希望退出聯盟黨團導致德國政府不穩定性出現。若然這種小概率事情真的出現，後續歐元頹勢更加加劇。
