黃紹山：韓國有望加入宣言
大田環球貴金屬據消息人士稱，韓國總統文在寅正在準備在朝美會晤當天的12日或是13日與朝鮮金正恩，以及美國總統特朗普一同發佈終戰宣言，若沒有突發意外發生，三個國家將會達成《新加坡終戰宣言》，且新加坡方面正在為文在寅來訪而做好準備。
至於雙方的磋商究竟到達什麼程度？大田環球據韓聯社6月3日報導，朝美兩國在當天下午板門店舉行第四次的工作磋商，且討論12日舉行的朝美會談的主要議題方向。美國大使金成率領美國代表團在當天首爾的一家酒店出發。隨後開始和朝鮮外務省副相崔善姬率領的朝方代表團進行討論，雙方代表團之前分別在於5月27日、30日，以及6月2日一共舉行了三次的工作磋商。
而韓國媒體曾經傳出韓青瓦台將會派人奔赴新加坡，或為準備韓朝美峰會的消息，但之後被青瓦台其中一名高管所否認並表示韓朝美峰會是否舉行將取決於朝美首腦會晤，只有等待朝美髮來舉行峰會的通知，韓方才會開始籌備峰會。至於韓國總統府方面也澄清，派人前往新加坡是在為文在寅7月份出訪新加坡，與韓朝美峰會並無關係。
大田環球黃紹山認為，儘管目前沒有十分明確消息確定6月12日如無意外搬舉行朝美首腦會晤，但從多方消息來看，朝美雙方確確實實正在磋商，並討論相關事宜，即使可能只通過一次會晤面談也不足而解決所有問題，但這也是進行和解的第一部里程！
