黃紹山：說變就變的特朗普政府
5月29日，大田環球據消息得知，白宮方面發佈了一個聲明，美國仍然將會對中國500億商品徵收25%的關稅，而具體商品清單將在6月15日公佈，關稅在此後不久實施。
在收到該聲明後，我國商務部迅速回應白宮關稅聲明並表示：“我們對白宮發佈的策略性聲明既感到出乎意料，但也在意料之中，這顯然有悖於不久前中美雙方在華盛頓所達成的共識。無論美方出臺什麼舉措，中方都有信心、有能力、有經驗捍衛中國人民利益和國家核心利益。中方敦促美方按照聯合聲明精神相向而行。”
在上一次的中美磋商後，美國財長姆努欽曾對媒體說中美貿易磋商取得十分有意義的進展，兩國就框架問題達成協議，並同意停止無意義的貿易戰。但平靜的時間沒過多久白宮便發出了該聲明。
在此前曾經給大家回顧過關於“世紀談判“美朝會晤的事情一樣，一開始已經決定在6月12日新加坡舉行峰會，但特朗普缺單方面宣佈要取消此次的會晤，消息公佈後沒多久，突然間有一個360°的大轉變表示，會晤很有可能如期舉行。
對於反復多變的特朗普政府，美國前副國務卿、前世行行長佐利克感歎說目前特朗普的貿易策略，幾乎把全世界的人民都搞得十分糊塗。我國外交部發言人華春瑩也對此回應到：“在國際關係中，每一次的變臉以及出爾反爾，都是對自己國家信譽的有一次損耗和揮霍。”而同時美國主流權威媒體CNN也對特朗普此次突然的轉變刊登了一篇專業的分析文章，並在文章標題中寫到：“特朗普對中國反復多變的策略，最終很有可能反而傷害美國自己”。
大田環球貴金屬黃紹山認為，美國特朗普政府這種反復無常態度就如同我國外交部發言人華春瑩所說，每一次的變臉以及出爾反爾都是對自己國家的信譽一次次造成損耗，並且美國多方媒體都十分不認同特朗普這種搖擺不定的做法，即使只是想在談判前做做樣子，擺出自己是強勢的一方，但個人認為這種做法也太過於過分，對於以後全球經濟來說，可以說是添加了許多不穩定性的因素在裡面了。
