黃紹山：歐洲印度公開“報復”清單
美國總統在3月份簽署部分聲明，除了加拿大和墨西哥的產品外，將會對其他國家出口至美國的鋼材徵收25%的關稅，鋁製品徵收10%關稅。而印度方面每年對美國出口鋼鐵以及鋁製品約為15億美元。當中進口額為223億美元，印度對美方鋼鐵出口將會承受1.344億美元關稅，對鋁製品出口將承受3116萬美元。印度方面表示這一決定將會影響產品對於美國的出口，認為並不符合全球貿易規範。
大田環球貴金屬據《印度時報》報導，印度在WTO（世界貿易組織）所提交的檔中寫到，美方對鋼鋁才產品提高了進口關稅，因此印度決定暫停對美方履行關稅優惠等其他義務，且對美國部分產品增加的關稅，而涉及到的總量相當於美國提高鋼鋁關稅對印度所影響的貿易總量。當中印度方面表示，若不撤回對鋼材以及鋁製品所徵收的高額關稅，印度將會從下月起對來自美國進口的20種產品實行增加關稅措施，最高增加100%關稅，該20項產品包括豌豆、鷹嘴豆、新鮮蘋果、大豆油、胡桃、巧克力製品、可哥粉、高爾夫球車、特定的摩托車和火車、發動機等，當中產品增設的關稅將在5%到100%之間。
而歐盟方面大田環球據報導稱，5月21日歐盟也向WTO提交將會對美國所進出產品徵收高額關稅的產品清單，當中的清單可能包括大米、玉米、花生油、蔓越莓、波本威士卡和鋼鐵產品等。若然美國對歐盟的鋼鐵以及鋁製品確定分別徵收25%和10%的關稅，那麼歐盟該報復性措施或將會從6月20日起開始實施，且後續將會有階段性的報復行動持續展開。
大田環球黃紹山認為，在中美貿易雙方談攏持續向好，本以為該次貿易戰方面將會告一段落，但需要留意歐盟、印度以及其他國家仍然未能和美方相討談攏條件，若然在期限到來之際歐盟等大國未能談判成功，屆時對於黃金方面不免會有避險情緒所出現，若然歐元持續開展報復性措施，那麼黃金短時間內也會迎來多頭的趨勢。
