林幽沃：阿根廷比索暴跌再創新低
在進入5月以來，阿根廷比索累計跌幅已經超過15%，阿根廷央行在10天內加息三次，7天逆回購利率從32.5%上調至40%缺未能阻止比索的下跌。在5月14日週一，阿根廷比索兌美元狂瀉超過7%，再創紀錄低位。
阿根廷是南美洲國家聯盟、20國集團成員和拉美第三大經濟體，阿根廷也是世界糧食和肉類的主要生產和出口國。作為世界上綜合國力較強的發展中國家之一，為何會出現貨幣危機？
阿根廷比索暴跌原因主要是因為以下三點：
1，美國10年期國債在進入5月以來正式站上3%水平線，推高了阿根廷持有的大量美元債務償還成本，造成比索主要下跌的原因。
2，在美聯儲進入加息週期後，阿根廷失去了對外資的吸引力，大量的外資開始撤離。而對於非常依賴外資的阿根廷來說無疑是一個重大的打擊。
3，阿根廷在經歷債務危機後沒有進行經濟結構調整，經濟增長過度依賴農產品等初級出口。隨著美元的升值，以美元計價的商品開始下跌，導致阿根廷收入遭受打擊。

中國央行持有美債正是應對該情況的風險管理手段，在持有大量美國國債情況下，能夠相對地與美國政府和美聯儲進行綁定。所以此前有美國官員在公開場合發表申明，中國拋售美國國債的代價將會非常巨大。
