歐盟預算引衝突 前路茫茫盡是愁
歐盟今日發佈了2021年-2027年預算提案，意在解決英國在脫歐後歐盟存在巨大的預算缺口。大田環球留意到，按照預算提案，2021年-2027年歐盟預算總額為1.135萬億美元，將占整個歐盟成員國國民總收入1.11%。雖整體預算案還需經過商議和批准才會正式生效，但已有9個歐盟中的國家表示反對。
預案引分歧
預算案中提及，歐盟應在未來更多的考量難民及就業壓力大的歐盟國家。此外，將會相對縮減當下大力援助某些歐盟國家的經費。另一方面，據歐盟統計，28個歐盟成員國之中，有12個國家為淨出資國。在歐盟裡，這些淨出資國承擔了義務，但是0沒有得到實際的利益，已開始讓這些淨出資的國家頻頻喊冤。
現在歐盟中有小部分的國家認為，英國脫歐後，歐盟應變得更小，預算上面也應該變小，而歐盟委員會公佈的方案反而是預算變大，這是不能接受的情況。大田環球貴金屬羊首領分析認為，在歐盟中，一直以來都是GDP較高的國家來接濟GDP較低的國家，GDP越高繳納的歐盟費用也就越高。而中東歐一些經濟不太發達的成員國繳納費用較少，而且還可以在歐盟中得到預算援助。近年，這方面的爭執不斷，英國脫歐很大程度上也是因為這個問題的存在。
歐盟核心問題將越來越多
某些歐盟國家花了錢卻沒有收益，而另一些歐盟國家則抱著我是歐盟成員就應該享有此福利的想法。有著無法調和的基本條件，在這問題上不單在這次預案出現問題，未來歐盟還將面對更多此類問題的困難。並且時至今天，大田環球貴金屬羊首領還瞭解到，特朗普在貿易協定上有意只和部分歐盟國家簽訂貿易協定，而不是和整個歐盟簽訂協定，這麼明顯的的挑撥離間行為的出現，更是讓歐盟統一的道路上雪上加霜，歐盟還能走多遠？會不會步向蘇聯後塵？這是歐盟未來需花大量時間深思的問題了。
