黃紹山：特朗普推延歐盟等徵收鋼鋁關稅
此前在3月8日，美國基於本土貿易擴展法“232調查”的結果，宣佈對進口鋼鐵鋼材加徵收25%的關稅，對進口鋁產品加徵收10%的關稅，且對加拿大、墨西哥、歐盟、韓國、阿根廷、澳大利亞、巴西等經濟體徵收鋼材鋁產品關稅，而5月1日是豁免其的最後一天，大田環球貴金屬消息得知，韓國方面因為同意將配額作為新貿易協定的一部分，所以在此前韓國已經獲得美國方面永久性的免除關稅權利。而其他國家即將面臨關稅最後的期限。
但在美東時間4月30日晚，特朗普將對歐盟、加拿大、墨西哥的免關稅問題在最後限期再次推延30日至6月1日，在此期間將再與其他國家更詳細商定各項協定，最新消息得知，美國、加拿大、墨西哥三方在鋼鋁關稅問題上談判將會定於5月7日舉行。大田環球據美國金融時報報導稱，歐盟委員會以及美國商務部部長在最後限期就關稅問題再度交談，但對因雙方未能達成一致共識，導致談話陷入困境，歐盟委員會委員重申不會再歐盟得到永遠豁免鋼鋁關稅前談判。上周德法兩國訪美，但未能如願獲得美方的豁免，且德國總理默克爾表示，若美方不對歐盟永久豁免，歐盟將會準備反擊措施。
