CPI數據顯示通脹危機 黃金價格先跌後升
截止2022年2月11日亞盤，黃金價格繼續出現上行，雖然幅度總體保持穩定有限，但多頭格局還是相當清晰，現階段正在勻速上漲過程當中。儘管昨晚的CPI資料再次刷新歷史新高，不過金價在一開始有所承壓後，很快就企穩支撐重新反彈回升，最終成功突破日內高點。
美國CPI再創歷史新高升溫加息
美國公佈1月通脹資料，再創近40年新高，美聯儲加速收緊貨幣政策概率大增。具體資料顯示，美國1月CPI年率錄得7.50%，創1982年2月以來新高，預期值和前值分別為7.20%和7%；美國1月核心CPI年率升至6%關口，創1982年9月以來新高，預期值和前值分別為5.90%和5.50%。
美國1月CPI資料公佈後，美國利率期貨走勢暗示，市場押注美聯儲在3月會議上加息50個基點的可能性從之前的不到30%升至43%，年內加息近6次。
這一水準讓人回想起1970年代和1980年代的通脹衝擊，當時的通脹促使美聯儲加快提高借貸成本的計畫，並減持政府債券和抵押支持證券。但美聯儲官員仍對通脹即將達到峰值抱有希望。
亞特蘭大聯儲主席博斯蒂克(Raphael Bostic)週三在接受CNBC採訪時表示：“我希望在我們從春季進入夏季時這將轉化為緩慢下降，這將給我一些安慰，我們正朝著正確的方向前進，也許能讓美聯儲在經濟持續復蘇之際以較慢的速度加息。”
克利夫蘭聯儲主席梅斯特(Loretta Mester)表示，美聯儲將不得不比過去更快撤走寬鬆政策並馴服遠高於目標的通脹，但或許沒必要一開始就在今年3月加息50個基點。
市場認為供應鏈問題正在面臨好轉
在金融市場上，自從美聯儲去年年底開始放緩購債步伐並發出加息信號以來，對家庭和企業收取的利率已經上升。房屋融資成本正在上升。供應鏈也有一些改善的跡象。許多商品領域的庫存已經得到補充，緩解了在大流行初期商品價格大漲的局面。
航運巨頭馬士基集團(A.P.Moller-Maersk)高管在週三發佈最新財報後表示，他們預計2022年下半年全球航運形勢將“正常化”。在整個疫情期間，港口貨物積壓和集裝箱短缺一直困擾著企業，因為全球製造商發現，重新開放全球經濟比為應對疫情而關閉全球經濟更難。
洛杉磯港(POLA)執行董事Gene Seroka告訴當地媒體，隨著南加州港口外排隊的船舶數量降至去年秋天以來的最低水準，一度導致美國主要港口癱瘓的供應鏈問題得到緩解。
穆迪分析首席經濟學家贊迪(Mark Zandi)在推特上說：“隨著疫情繼續消退……通脹也將隨之回落。全球供應鏈正在變得順暢……而且隨著工人恢復健康，薪資增長將趨緩。”
