風險情緒改善大宗商品飙升，美元跌破94關口
周四(10月14日)美元在震蕩交投中小幅下跌，紐元和加元在G-10貨幣中領漲，並且美國股市也邁向3月份以來最大漲幅。現貨黃金觸及1800關口，升至一個月最高水平，因投資者在通脹居高不下且刺激措施即將被削減之際尋求避險。油價漲超1%，此前最大石油生産國沙特阿拉伯沒有理會要求OPEC增加供應的呼籲，國際能源署(IEA)表示，天然氣價格飙升可能會增加發電廠對石油的需求。
EIA報告：除卻戰略儲備的商業原油庫存增加608.8萬桶至4.27億桶，增加1.4%
美國截至10月8日當周，EIA汽油庫存減少195.8萬桶，精煉油庫存減少2.4萬桶；俄克拉荷馬州庫欣原油庫存減少196.8萬桶，創下6月以來最大降幅，目前庫存處于2018年10月以來的最低水平。上周美國國內原油産量增加10萬桶至1140萬桶/日。除卻戰略儲備的商業原油上周進口599.4萬桶/日，較前一周減少104.1萬桶/日；美國上周原油出口增加40萬桶/日至251.4萬桶/日。
歐盟領導人或批準應對能源危機的緊急措施
歐盟領導人勢將于下周批準成員國采取緊急措施，緩解眼下這場前所未見的能源危機。根據外媒獲悉的聲明草案顯示，歐盟各國政府首腦可能允許歐盟成員國及歐盟委員會“充分利用”周三發布的工具箱，向家庭和企業提供短期救濟。能源危機將是10月21-22日歐盟峰會的重要議題。根據聲明草案，領導人還將呼籲研究中長期措施，以“緩解過度的價格波動”，提高歐盟能源韌性並確保成功向綠色經濟轉型。歐盟成員國代表將于周五討論這份公報，在獲得政府首腦通過前仍可能有變動。歐盟委員會本周早些時候提出的工具箱包括減稅和國家給予企業扶持。
