黃紹山：英國脫歐最新進展
1月21日所提交的特雷莎提交的英國脫歐備用議案投票最終失敗，令到3月29日脫歐的日子更加顯得越來越緊迫，同時由於投票未能成功，英國首相特雷莎也只能抓緊最後的時間，繼續努力的修改脫歐協議方案，並儘快讓英國議員們同意通過，而之後脫歐的路剩下一下3種的可能性。
一、無協議脫歐：目前有部分英國黨派是希望排除掉無協議脫歐基礎上繼續商議，隨著備用方案的失敗，英國首相特雷莎方面卻仍然堅持3月29日按時脫離歐盟，若然在未來幾周內仍未達成協議，那麼英國是有機會存在進行無協議脫歐可能性出現。
二、有協議脫歐：備用方案的失敗並未打擊到特雷莎信心，目前英國首相僅剩未來幾周內能夠有效達成協議，同時後續希望英國再3月39日脫歐後能夠有21個月的過渡期進行緩衝，但個人認為目前僅剩數周要令議會對修正後的脫歐協議方案同意，難度也是十分之大。
三、延遲脫歐：就是我們看到新聞所說的延遲《里斯本條約》第50條的談判進程，簡單的說就是延遲脫歐的最終日期，爭取很多的時間去進行談判，延長後英國甚至有機會重新舉辦第二次脫歐大選，同時個人認為在排除無協定脫歐的情況下，延遲《里斯本條約》的可能性反而是更加的大。
