羊首領：美國單邊主義 VS 世界多邊主義
特朗普自2017年上臺後，進行了美國內政方面的調整，對美國內部的企業和人民進行減稅措施，首先穩定了國內情緒。隨後，在2017年下半年開始特朗普對外展開各種條約的撕毀，並拿出了“大棒”向全世界不斷揮舞，有意讓美國優先呈現在世界面前，隨後這種行為被各方定義為單邊主義和孤立主義。
美國單邊主義
退出北美自由貿易協定、退出跨太平洋自由貿易協定、退出巴黎協定等等的行為其實已經開始向世界宣示單邊主義的抬頭，隨後在貿易戰當中，美國的單邊主義可說是茁壯成長。最近更是退出伊核協定，讓歐洲方面感覺面臨威脅，也讓伊朗方重新審視是否繼續留在協議之內，給世界添上了一層不穩的色彩。
世界多變主義
美國的單邊主義不斷延伸，世界變得不穩定的同時，像中、歐、加、墨等國家起來紛紛抵制，並且更著重的談到了世界貿易組織和多邊交流貿易的重要性。雖然各國都紛紛對美給出了零散的回擊，但始終未見有真正的聯合性組織出現，導致了美國仍在有恃無恐的繼續大行其道。
聯合抵制組織正在萌芽
時至今日，美國退出伊核協定讓世界出現了很多不穩情緒的同時，中、英、法、俄和德國終於首次召開伊核問題的外長會議，在會議中各方明確的表示將堅持多邊主義，建立新的金融機制，做成可以不依賴美國來維持各方與伊朗的貿易，如此來保障伊朗方面的利益。大田環球羊首領認為，若此新機制建立，美國的單方制裁便不能對伊朗生效，也意味著美國強而有力的制裁手段被首次作出限制，有斷其一臂的韻味。另外，本次會議明顯是帶著對抗美國單邊行為的意圖，聯合性的抵制組織也正在萌芽，同時也預示著美國未來舉起大棒的時候需要多考慮一下這些聯合的大國。
