羊首領：歐美關係惡化 俄歐關係迎轉機
從6月1日開始，美國正式對歐盟新增徵收25%鋼材、10%鋁材稅，導致兩方關係轉向緊張，甚至歐盟方面表示有這樣的盟友還需要敵人嗎？暗指美國對待歐盟的態度已經難以容忍。除此以外，也向長期關係不算太好的俄羅斯發出了緩和的信號。隨後俄羅斯方面也立即作出了回應。
俄羅斯訪問奧地利
昨日，俄羅斯總統普京對即將成為歐盟輪值主席國的奧地利進行了訪問，這是普京連任後首次訪問的歐盟國家。大田環球羊首領認為，這一行為可視為在日益緊張的歐美關係下，普京有望借此訪問推動俄歐關係轉暖。
據報導稱，普京與奧地利總統范德貝倫展開了多方面的對話，一些歐洲的媒體認為，俄羅斯借訪問奧地利的機會，傳遞出對歐盟友好的資訊，希望能改變當下俄歐關係。但依然是有另外一些歐洲媒體認為，普京到訪有意分裂歐盟。但隨後普京在接受訪問時講到，俄羅斯對分裂歐盟毫無興趣，反而希望歐盟統一繁榮，這可以讓大家更長久的成為貿易和經濟夥伴。並且希望大家能摒棄心中的偏見，進入一個新的友好時代。
當下美國與歐盟關係如此緊張，俄羅斯找到了新的介入契機，也看到了普京方面釋放出如此強烈的友好信號，基本可以預見歐盟也會借此機會對俄羅斯釋放一部分的善意，讓俄歐關係改善，同時達到敲打美國的效果。
