林幽沃：歐美出現分歧，伊核協議續命
伊核協議成為本周市場炒作熱點，在週三美國總統特朗普宣佈美國退出伊核協議後隨即實施“最高級別的經濟制裁”，伊朗身為世界第三大產油國如被實施經濟制裁，未來出售原油的路徑減少，從而將油價推高。
歐美利益關係出現分歧
另一方面，歐洲盟國也身處伊核協議之中，美國的退出沒有令其他盟國跟隨，而是遭到了反對的聲音。法國外長表示，“法國與伊朗的協議依然生效，美國雖然退出，但該協議依然存在”。法國總統馬克龍將在不久之後與伊朗總統進行會談。

伊朗在葉門，敘利亞，黎巴嫩和伊拉克日益增長的軍事和政治權力引起了美國、以色列以及諸如沙烏地阿拉伯的美國海灣阿拉伯盟國的擔憂，可能是美國一心要制裁伊朗的一大重要原因。
