OPEC+決定增産，疫情卷土重來
周一（7月19日）亞洲時段，美原油徘徊于71.01附近，OPEC+産油國周日同意從8月起增加石油供應，以遏制油價漲勢。油價上周創3月以來最大周跌幅，因疫情的卷土重來威脅到近期全球燃料需求前景。
美國7月消費者信心意外降至五個月低點
美國消費者信心7月初意外跌至五個月低點，因對物價上漲的日益擔憂導致大件商品的購買條件急劇惡化。上周五公布的數據顯示，密歇根大學消費者信心指數7月初值從上月的85.5降至80.8，低于彭博調查所有經濟學家預估，該調查的預估中值為86.5。
消費者對未來一年通脹率的預估達到4.8%，為2008年8月以來的最高水平。同時，他們對物價的長期預期也升溫。未來五到十年的預期通脹率由上月的2.8%升至2.9%。
該調查主管Richard Curtin在一份聲明中說：“通貨膨脹給生活水平帶來了更大的壓力，尤其是對中低收入家庭而言，並導致大宗非必需采購的推遲，特別是在高收入家庭中。”
Curtin表示，“消費者對房屋、車輛和家庭耐用品價格上漲的抱怨”達到了曆史最高紀錄。密歇根大學衡量耐用品購買計劃的一項指數在7月初降至101，這是自2020年4月疫情高峰期以來的最低水平。
報告顯示，消費者對汽車和房屋的購買態度降至1982 年以來的最低點。只有30%的消費者表示購房條件有利，這是自1982年9月來最低。
美股創紀錄漲勢暫停腳步 通脹升溫引發經濟憂慮
由于通脹加速引發對經濟擴張可持續性的擔憂，美國股市一個月來首次較前周下跌。能源和材料股領跌標普500指數，亞馬遜繼續從曆史高點回落，拖累納斯達克100指數走低，小盤股遭受重創，羅素2000指數創下10月以來最大單周跌幅。
