非農資料大增，美聯儲不加息概率增加

美國11月非農資料大幅好於預期，非農就業人口創十個月新高，每小時薪資明顯提高，失業率將至3.5%為50年最低。雖然非農資料大幅向好，但美聯儲立場並不會馬上改變，美聯儲主席之前暗示美聯儲不可能短期內考慮加息。
美國勞工部表示，11月專業技術和醫療保健就業人數錄得顯著增加。製造業就業人數增長，反映了罷工工人回歸崗位的情況。過去三個月，平均新增非農就業人數為20.5萬。
非農公佈後，聯邦基金利率期貨暗示，市場預計美聯儲在12月會議上維穩的概率為97.0%，加息概率為3.0%，降息概率為零。
資料大好，但料不會很快動搖美聯儲立場。失業率已經連續20個月保持在低於4%的水準，這是自20世紀60年代以來持續時間最長的一次。隨著通用汽車公司10月舉行罷工的工人重返工作崗位，11月的就業情況出現大幅反彈。由於罷工，10月份汽車製造業的就業人數減少了4萬多人。
美國11月非農就業人數勁增26.6萬，創年初1月份以來10個月新高，同時10月前值也被大幅上修4.1萬，顯示美國國內就業市場繼續強勁，未受到外部風險事件衝擊。雖然資料中包括了因為10月通用汽車罷工事件而恢復的就業崗位，但扣除這一影響，崗位淨增幅度仍超20萬，高於所有分析機構預測。且失業率重新回落至3.5%，平均時新同比增幅擴大至3.1%。從所有角度看，這都是一份無懈可擊跌觸完美就業答卷。
美國11月非農就業增長也受到了醫療行業增加的推動，這使得就業增長遠高於今年18萬人的月平均水準。11月份美國製造業活動出現連續第四個月的收縮，因貿易緊張態勢，商業信心受損，進而削弱了資本支出。
分析師指出，美國11月季調後非農就業人口大幅回暖，失業率也維持在長期低位，薪資增速小幅低於預期，這份報告將給美聯儲更多理由維持利率不變，支撐美聯儲認為勞動力市場維持強勁可支援消費者和經濟增長的觀點。受此影響股指期貨及美元跳升，美債下行。
市場評論稱，美國11月季調後非農就業人口表現遠好於預期，儘管平均每小時工資月率僅增長0.2%不及預期，但整體來看，這是一份強勁的報告，暗示美國經濟明年有望繼續走強。受此影響，美元兌非美貨幣普遍走高。
