非農好壞參半，9月降息落實

美國7月季調後製造業就業人口變動修正為0.4萬，初值1.6萬；7月私營企業非農就業人數變動修正為13.1萬，初值14.8萬。
美國勞工部稱，過去三個月，平均新增非農就業人數為15.6萬。交易者評論稱，非農就業人口不及預期，這是很好的降息理由。
具體來看，市場預計美聯儲在9月會議上降息25基點概率為90.4%，直接降息50基點概率為9.6%。
8月非農資料不及預期，或為美聯儲更多的貨幣刺激打開了更大的視窗。美國8月非農就業人數增加13.0萬，不及預期，失業率維穩在3.7%逼近50年以來低位；薪資年率3.2%，好於預期。
