英國首相詹森宣佈對英格蘭採取新的新冠肺炎限制措施，酒吧必須從週四開始晚上10點關門，如果可以的話，要求人們在家上班，如果企業違反規定，他們將被罰款，新冠肺炎安全指引將成為法律責任。將無法從10月1日起開放各類型場館，不戴口罩的罰款將達到200英鎊。詹森還指出，英國大部分經濟可以繼續向前發展，我們為第二波疫情做好了更好的準備。
