黃紹山：特朗普會面鮑威爾

近日大田環球據新聞得知，美國總統特朗普以及美聯儲主席鮑威爾罕見的在白宮內部進行了會晤，並且雙方共度了一個和諧的晚飯。但在這之前自美聯儲主席鮑威爾上任以後，美國開始進入加息週期當中，而也因為美聯儲不停的加息，另美國總統特朗普多次是在推特上表達對美聯儲加息的不滿，並認為不應該進入加息週期，即使當美聯儲開啟了降息的動作後，特朗普依然是沒有放過美聯儲，多次說到應該出現更大的降息，甚至認為當初不應該進行加息的動作，而在這前提下，雙方依然共用了一個和諧的晚餐。
特朗普與鮑威爾共度晚餐
北京時間11月18日週一，大田環球據消息得知，美聯儲主席鮑威爾前往白宮，與美國總統特朗普進行了一場並不在計畫內的會晤，基於特朗普此前多次不滿鮑威爾一系列的動作，市場方面因此有額外關注。在雙方會晤之後，特朗普表示這次的會面十分的“親切”及“良好”，並與鮑威爾談及了利率、負利率、低通脹、寬鬆貨幣政策、美元走強以及美元對製造業和對外貿易的影響的討論。
從特朗普的講話當中，明顯是能夠看到特朗普有意借此想要對美聯儲或是市場輸出屬於自己的觀點，當然美聯儲方面對此也進行了回應，鮑威爾在本次會晤當中與他上周在國會聽證會上的言論是一致，除非經濟前景發生重大的變化。此外並多次的強調美聯儲的政策不會受到政治考量的影響。
因為該會議是屬於閉門會議，具體他們討論的內容也只有他們自己才能夠知道，儘管美聯儲多次強調不會受到影響，但從特朗普的講話中能看出，當中必然是會有存在自己未來對於貿易上的做法，以及認為目前的貨幣政策應該如何，不排除在潛意識方面落下了一些暗示。另外未來12月份的美聯儲利率決議大概率美聯儲將會維持目前的利率區間作為官網，不會進行任何的變化。
